Returns & Hygiene Standards
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of our products (personal care/health), returns are only accepted if the original safety seal is intact and the packaging is completely unopened. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for boxes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first at nightsealsupport@gmail.com.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return request is evaluated, our team will provide you with the specific instructions and the authorized return address for your region. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at nightsealsupport@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be in its original unopened packaging with the safety seal intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
