3. Products NightSeal™ products are wellness aids designed to encourage nasal breathing during sleep. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received before orders are fulfilled.

5. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery takes 12–18 business days. Free shipping applies to all orders. NightSeal™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds Our refund policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it at nightseal.com/policies/refund-policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, sealed products.

7. Accuracy of Information We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Uses You may not use our site or products to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability NightSeal™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the amount paid for the product in question.
